    (a) Representative fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS) dot plots showing association of chemokine receptor homologous molecule expressed on T helper type 2 (Th2) lymphocytes <t>(CRTH2)</t> with CD3, CD4 and CD8, and CD45RO. The gates were set with reference to the isotype control for each antibody. There was no difference in the degree of staining (mean fluorescence) on CRTh2-positive T cells from asthmatics and controls.
